Total Quality Management (TQM) is an integrated organizational effort designed to improve quality at every level. TQM is about meeting quality standards and is more customers based. It plays an active role in practical application of TQM values. This course is designed to make the students to understand the basic ideas, evolution and contributions to TQM.
On completion of the course, students will be aware of the relevance of Total Quality Management in companies or organization and the usage of various tools of TQM for analyzing the standards and measuring the quality of the organization.
